Professional ovens with superior aesthetics, featuring a heavy metal front and a wide, deep marble counter for placing pizzas as they come out of the oven. ​​

Tradition Style: ​P
Professional ovens with a refractory front arch, available with a fixed baking surface in six sizes and a rotating baking surface in three sizes, offered in wood-fired, gas, and hybrid versions.
They are shipped worldwide either fully assembled from our facility in Padua or as kits to be assembled on site, requiring a minimum access width of 75 cm.

Street food and ape pizza:
We are the inventors of the first mobile pizzeria on a Piaggio Ape, certified for road use. We later introduced other versions on the Piaggio Porter, as well as more affordable solutions for parties, weddings, and events.​

Lightweight Style:
Specially designed for street food and the Piaggio Ape version, which was showcased on RAI.We are the original inventors of the complete pizzeria on an Ape, certified by Piaggio Spa itself. They are shipped worldwide either fully assembled from our facility in Padua or as kits to be assembled on site, requiring a minimum access width of 75 cm.​

​Easy Style: Features only a rotating surface, the smallest depth on the market at just 125cm. Professional ovens with a rotating baking surface only, offering excellent value for money and specifically designed for compact spaces or kitchen installations, with a depth of just 125 cm. Available in electric, wood fired, gas, and hybrid versions. They are shipped worldwide exclusively fully assembled from our facility in Padua.​

Our ovens are built with a steel dome for near endless durability, and we use Italian and German components for maximum reliability.

Cooking surface:
Everyone claims to have the best baking surface. We believe we have the perfect baking surface for your dough and your specific needs. You can follow our recommendations and choose from the following options with thickness of:
- 6 cm five-section refractory cement
- 8 cm single-piece refractory cement
- 3 cm thick cordierite
- 5 cm thick Neapolitan “biscotto”
- 6 cm thick refractory clay
