This particular installation required some extensive planning and after we decided what was the best option for the oven model, we had some modifications done to the trailer. Due to the fact that the location where the oven should be installed and used was unsuitable for traveling, it was required to be placed in the middle of the trailer right above the wheel's axis during transportation on location, and then moved right at the back where it can be turned on and used. We have installed some heavy duty low profile fully lockable wheels that allow this in a very easy way. The oven is also the widest it can be to be able to be moved between the units without damaging it.
